REFUND POLICY
Overview
Sattva is a booking and discovery platform that connects individuals with independent wellness practitioners, guides, and service providers. Each practitioner operates independently and delivers their services directly to clients.This Refund Policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled when bookings are made through Sattva.
Booking & Payment Terms
All bookings made through Sattva are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Payments made through the platform secure your selected session, service, or experience with the chosen practitioner. Availability is reserved upon confirmation.
Cancellation by Client
Clients may request to cancel or reschedule a booking under the following conditions:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule, subject to the practitioner’s individual policy.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are generally non-refundable.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Some practitioners may have stricter or more flexible cancellation windows. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
Cancellations by Practitioner
If a practitioner needs to cancel a session:

Clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Refunds for practitioner-initiated cancellations will be processed promptly.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Disputes & Support
If you experience an issue with your booking or service, we encourage you to reach out within 48 hours of the scheduled session. Sattva will review concerns on a case-by-case basis and, where appropriate, assist in facilitating communication between clients and practitioners.
Policy Updates
Sattva reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
