Galelli Castro

I’m Galelli, born in the Philippines and raised on the beautiful island of Aruba. My journey into holistic wellness began from a very personal place. After navigating injuries, depression, and some of life’s heavier moments, I discovered healing through yoga and holistic practices. At first, I practiced simply for myself to reconnect with my body, calm my mind, and find my way back to myself. As my own journey unfolded, friends and family began reaching out to me for support. They asked me to create personalized yoga sequences, experience Reiki sessions, and guide them through coaching and self-care practices.
