Onboarding & Your Dashboard

• What happens once I'm accepted?
  We move you into onboarding, where our team sets you up with everything you need, including your dashboard, your profile, and a walkthrough of how the platform works.

 

• What is the practitioner dashboard?
  It's your home base on Sattva. You'll be able to view your bookings, manage your schedule, and keep track of upcoming sessions.

 

• Do I need to sync my own calendar?
  We recommend it. Syncing your personal calendar with the platform helps you avoid double bookings and keeps everything in one place.

 

• Will I have my own profile on the website?
  Yes. Our admin team builds out a personal profile for you that showcases who you are, what you offer, and what clients can expect when booking with you.
